A few days ago I uploaded a video to my Facebook showing you the absolute EXACT process I take my clients through in order to help them get to multiple 6 figures in their business.

I really wanted to share it with you because I think, in fact, I KNOW that you are going to be absolutely blown away. This process is something that NO ONE else is teaching out there, and it's built with intention, strategically and with A TON of heart so that you can have every single tool necessary to build success.

So, over the next few days I'm going to walk you through it all because I believe that you will learn a ton and get a lot of value that you can apply to your own business.

Let's start with getting REALLY clear about who this process is ideally for. In my experience working with hundreds of entrepreneurs over the years, there are really 2 groups that can go through this process and build massive success:

THE BEGINNERS and THE SCALERS​

THE BEGINNERS are the entrepreneurs that still haven't ​really ​started. These are people that are trying to figure out their own message and what it is that they want to say. They don't have 100% clarity in their offer or their audience. BUT they have a huge heart. They are passionate and big dreamers that want to see that vision they hold so dear turn into a reality. While they have a ton of knowledge, they still suffer from impostor syndrome and are still kind of afraid to put themselves out there. They have studied a ton, done courses, bought books, even hired coaches (in some cases), but they are still not ALL IN with their businesses.

THE SCALERS are the entrepreneurs that have been in business for less than 5 years. They have already had clients, but they feel that something in their message is slightly off. They are constantly hustling to get new clients and they want things to simply work. They understand their audience, yet they still feel at times like they are invisible. They want to have a brand that truly represents who they are and to show up with more confidence. They also lack REAL systems that will get them clients on autopilot. Some of them have been going in one direction in their businesses, and now are ready to take a turn for what they REALLY want to do.

No matter where my clients are, they ALL start in the same place, and that's in CLEARLY defining their brand foundation.

So, after they become clients and sign the contract, I put them through my Client Portal where I have exclusive and in-depth trainings to get to know who they really are. Then I send them a suuuuuper long workbook that uncovers every part of their brand: from their message, to their story, to who their audience is. Armed with all of this, we have our first call where I get to finally meet them and ask them even more questions.

I love having this initial connection because it allows me to REALLY uncover who they are. In my experience, this is the KEY to success. Once we go through this process, I have them go to the next section in my training which focused on MINDSET with videos and activities that are life-changing in and of themselves.

MEANWHILE I focus on the most important work of all. I create what I call their Brand Strategy Book. This 40ish page book (yes, forty!) goes in-depth into uncovering E V E R Y T H I N G about who they are. From their core message, to about 6 pages dedicated to their audience, to messaging, to uncovering what your brand story is. It is SO powerful in fact, most of my clients say just this is worth the investment of working with me - when in truth, it's just the tip of the iceberg. Meanwhile, I also focus on creating my clients' logo and brand identity.

This marks the beginning of a 3-4 month process that is SO powerful and life-changing, it really transforms my clients' businesses. We start from THEIR HEART and uncovering who they are and what they want to say.

See what I have found is that when you start from the real foundation of your brand, we can create the strategies, systems and processes that will turn into RESULTS. But you have to begin with really uncovering who you are.

Yesterday I shared with you the first part of the process my clients go through when working with me. It involves us getting A TON of clarity around who they are, who their audience is and what their core message is all about. That's where every single one of my clients starts when they work with me.

What we focus on next is on building a POWERFUL HIGH TICKET offer.

Now - the truth is that 90% of my clients have never charged high-ticket before. They think that what they need is to create a ladder type business. You know which business I'm talking about right? The ones where they sell something for like $47 and then upsell their audience to something at $300 and then up and up until they get to their $1,500 offer. That's NOT how we do things.

I take my clients through a process that allows them to charge high-ticket without the need to have all of the small little things to build authority. Obviously, there's nothing wrong with doing things that way, but I would rather focus on TRANSFORMATION and that transformation can come only from having people go through your entire framework, not just bits and pieces of it.

So when I work with my clients, I teach them exactly what they need to do in order to create a powerful program that is at a high, premium price and then how to position that program in a way that makes people 100% WANT to buy it.

This is a key part of being able to build a multiple 6 figure business. Why? Because I make sure that what you do is REALLY good and valuable so that you can not only make more money, but change people's lives in the process. At the end of the day, THAT is what it's all about.

Through a series of training videos, workbooks and calls with me in which we get down working to define every single part of what their offer is going to look like, my clients build the confidence to go out and charge what they deserve. We do this by uncovering the way to get their ideal audience from where they are, to where they want to be. (this is one of those times where that Brand Strategy Book with those 6 pages on their audience can come in REAL handy!)

Once we have this defined, we move onto defining what their marketing strategy is going to be. Meanwhile, I'm working on building BEAUTIFUL and impactful websites that truly establish them as authorities and position them as THE go-to person in their field.

I KNOW you are dying to know the secret marketing tips and tricks I have that have led me to make $100k a month (yes - if you have been following me for a while, you have read me celebrating when I reached $60k, then $80k and now, most recently, $100k in 30 days!). I've been able to do this WITHOUT spending more money on Facebook ads (I spend $4,000 per month and that's the same I have spent in the last year). WITHOUT launching (you can either work with me 1:1 or through my group program which is open enrollment).

So, what's the deal? Well, I've been telling you about the process I take my clients to in order to help them build multiple 6-figures per year in their business (even if they haven't even made $1 yet). After we have created a really solid offer, we focus on marketing, and here's where it gets interesting.

While most coaches focus on just one style of strategy, I have done almost all. What I do is take my clients through a process where we define exactly which type of strategy is the one that's going to adapt for them the best.

For example, I have clients that decide that the Webinar is the best route for them. And, because I have done webinars and I currently DO webinars, I walk them through everything they need to know in order to create a high-converting webinar and then automating it to bring them leads on autopilot.

I have other clients that decide that Challenges are the thing for them and, because I have done successful challenges in the past, that's what we do.

I have my clients watch a series of training videos and then define what they want. They cool thing? They have lifetime access to all my content, so if, let's say, in a year, they decide that they now want to do a video series for example, they can go back and watch the training videos on how to do this successfully.

What WE do is go through the ENTIRE process TOGETHER so that they know exactly what they need to do in order to create a KILLER marketing strategy that brings them clients on autopilot - and yes, THE type of client that's going to buy the high-ticket offer we created together.

I can't even tell you how exciting it is going through this process with them and seeing them get over any fear or overwhelm of creating something like a video series, a challenge or a webinar. I take them by the hand and walk them step by step - EVEN going as far as to partially writing the script for them.

Yeah. It's pretty darn good!
