What most people really want to know is what is the secret strategy to being able to charge premium prices for your services.
The truth is that it begins with settling your why and getting over impostor syndrome, like I talked about here. It also comes from getting clarity around the problem you solve, what uniquely you bring to the table and who you solve it for, like we covered over here.
Once these pieces are in place, you can go on to building an income strategy that allows you to bring in more money to your business as you start charging premium pricing AND attracting the right people into your business.

Coaching Niche Options
Before we get into breaking down how to do this efficiently, let’s talk about your options. If you are a coach or service provider, it’s likely that you and your service is going to land on one of 4 possible general niches or categories:
- Personal development
So now the question is, how do you take that category and turn it into a business that makes you money?
So here we go back to the fundamental, to understanding where your ideal client Is. I believe that the key to doing this successfully is to bridge the gap between your audiences’ needs and your secret sauce, aka, what you know and your unique way of doing things.
So first we started with getting clear around your audiences problem. Next thing that you want to do is get clear around where they want to be.
What are their needs what is it that they want and we know where they are right now and we know how hard of a problem it is. You know what their “before” is like right now. So the next thing that you want to do is gain clarity around their after.
What do they want their life to look like or said in another way what does their life look like without this problem? At the end of the day you were here to make their life better you’re here as a solution.
Fill the gap
So your job is to fill the gap between where they are right now and where they want to be. Your job is to close the gap between where they are and where you are.
So what you want to do is to look at what are all the necessary steps or milestones that are going to take them from this horrible problem they are facing into this incredible after or solution that you will provide for them.
Here’s where the cool part comes in remember last time we were talking about what makes you unique? We were talking about connecting the dots and looking at your stories your experience is your style your superpower and your skills So the intention here is to bring all of those things together in order to build what I called your steps.

Creating a true transformation
The other part of this is looking for a way to understand that what you are doing is creating a true transformation. So you want to make sure that these milestones or steps that you’re bringing into your offer are so powerful that they can bring real long-term And lasting results.
When I work with my clients I make sure that every single one of the steps that they take is really going to bring them closer to success. So alongside all of the strategy and all of the implementation and the design that I do for them a huge part of what we focus on together is making sure that their mindset is on point. Remember that we talked about how fear can stop us from taking action, my job as a coach is to make sure that my clients take action consistently. So part of what we do is remove the overwhelm from the work from work.
I take their hand and take them to step by step we start by getting cloudy around who they are how to position themselves what makes them unique who their audience is and then we go on to build their offer. But when we do this part of getting clarity around what their service or offer is going to look like, we make sure to do it one step at a time. So I begin by asking them to define what their milestones or steps are and through a specific process I make sure that That they’re moving forward and they feel confident in what they’re creating.
Here’s the deal what’s gonna make you sell really make money and make a true impact through your offer is confidence.
That’s it there’s nothing more important in your business then conference around what it is that you’re doing. This confidence goes beyond how many clients you have had or how many success stories you have under your belt.
Confidence comes from you understanding that you Are absolutely amazing at what you were doing it comes from you believing that you are here to serve to make a difference to change the life of each and everyone of your clients. So for me confidence is a fundamental factor that I want to make sure my clients have as they build their own offers.
Another part of this is making sure that this offer is truly creating transformation. Here’s what you don’t want you don’t want your clients to get a little band the results a tactic that’s going to solve their problem in In the short term and then leave them hanging in the long term. You don’t want them to feel lost and confused and like they have no clue what it is that they need to be doing next.
Charging premium prices
Because you’re building a true experience of transformation this is when you get to charge a premium pricing for your offer. Charging premium pricing means that you are truly solving this problem again remember we need to have total clarity about what this problem is and how it is negatively impacting the lives of Your audience.
What you want to do is move away from positioning yourself as a service provider and into positioning yourself as a true expert. When you do this it is when your truly able to change the way in which you are seeing and again it ends up impacting your confidence around your business your message and what you do. One you are able to position yourself as this authority while having the strategy to back you up and allow you to attract premium clients, you will have the pieces to be able to charge premium prices and create a high-ticket offer.
