Let me guess - as an entrepreneur, you are always looking for different strategies and systems you can follow in order to build your business and attracrt more clients in, am I right?

No - I'm not a magician, I know this because as an entrepreneur myself, I'm always looking for the top strategies I can follow in order to reach more people. Fortunately, while I'm at a place where my business consistently generates for me on auto-pilot every single day, I think that it's important to diversify and look for different avenues in which you can reach a larger audience.

Yes, I want to make a larger income, but the truth is, what matters most to me is making a larger impact. You see, I know that the more people I can reach means that I will be able to change more lives and help other entrepreneurs position themselves as authorities while charging what they are truly worth.

So, I want to share with you 6 different strategies I'm following in my business to grow and take it to the next level.

Building more robust funnels

When we begin our businesses, we are often trying to figure out all the little pieces on our own and adding to our marketing and lead generation systems one at a time I know that this is exactly what I did for the first few years. However, since reaching over $500k per year in my business, I realized that if I wanted to take things to the next level, it meant that I needed to have even more robust sequences and systems that allow my audience to be taken through a powerful experience.

This is why this year I decided to go into the backend of my systems and create a powerful structure that allows my audience to truly see the value of the work I do with them.

In my business, I already generate 30-50 qualified leads every single month (more on how I do that right here), and I have been doing this with a very simple funnel. But, in order to reach my next goal ($1 million per year), I understand that I need to up my game and give my audience even more value.

This allows me to take the time to give more value to my audience and repurpose content that has converted really well in the past.

What this means for you:  If you don't have an existing funnel, it's time to start thinking about building one. Why? Because a well-executed funnel allows you to consistently bring leads into your business and make more sales. There's no better way to grow your business than to make more money! Creating more live conversion events

The next way to grow my business is through creating more live conversion events and opportunities to connect with my audience.

In case you have never heard the term before, a conversion event is a content to conversion strategy where, essentially, you deliver free value with the intention to get people to buy at the end. You can either run a conversion event to get people to click on a "Buy Now" button, or to book a call with you so that you can see if they are a right fit.

I love doing live conversion events as it allows me to directly talk to my audience and listen to their needs. Yes, creating an automated webinar is awesome, but nothing beats the power of live connection where you can showcase your authority while truly listening to what your audience needs and getting live feedback.

I have always loved doing live conversion events, but this year I'm focusing on doing more. My favorite? The live 6-figure breakthrough Bootcamp where I give my audience SO much value, they literally say they feel like they should be paying for the content:

It's incredibly fun while I deliver value and position myself as an authority. It's a win-win for everyone involved.

What this means for you: Think about what sort of live conversion events you can create in order to build more robust connections with your audience and grow your business. 

Live events

Let's be real for a minute: there's NOTHING more comfortable than staying home and building your business from your office. Hey, it's what has worked for me for the past few years and I have loved every second.

However, the truth is that sometimes it's important to get out there and communicate with your audience directly (see point above) so that you can listen to their needs. That is why this year I'm focusing on attenting more live networking events and opening myself up to different opportunities. I believe that this is a great way to, once again, speak to my target audience and get out more.

I have joined several local Chambers of Commerce and am on the lookout for workshops, and opportunities to mingle with local entrepreneurs. I think that this is great way to generate leads, but also to expose yourself to different opportunities that can allow you to grow your business on a different level.

What this means for you: Sign up for your local Chamber of Commerce or go to Meetups to see what you can do locally to grow your business.

Creating more offers

I believe that if you are starting out in your business, you need to focus on building ONE solution for your audience and focusing all of your marketing efforts to sell that one offer so that your focus isn't diluted and you don't confuse your audience along the way. However, if you are at a point where you have the ability to bring in clients consistently, I think it's the right moment to start adding new offers for your audience.

This is why this year I have decided to add a few variations of services, courses and programs that will allow my clients to work with me on different levels. This comes from listening to the needs that my ideal audience has. I have the fortune of attracting people on different levels, and because of this, I have decided to create offers that help them with their needs.

However, what I do want to say around this, is that regardless of the level that people decide to work with me, I always focus on delivering the same 3 solutions:

  • Helping them stand out and differentiate themselves by feeling and positioning themselves as authorities online
  • Building a premium brand that attracts which means learning how to charge high-ticket prices for your services and having a brand and website that looks high-end
  • Captivating your ideal audience with marketing strategies that convert

Leveraging media

This is the year in which I have decided to really focus on PR (Public Relations) and leveraging media in order to get to a larger audience. For this reason, I have decided to hire a PR firm to help me get published in different publications, be invited to podcasts and increase my social proof online.

Why? Because I have the funnels and systems to support this level of exposure (see point 1). I believe that if you can take advantage of these opportunities it can allow you to immediately transform your social proof and help position you as an authority even more.

What this means for you: How can you build your presence on other people's media? Are there podcast you listen to or publications you want to get published in? Make sure you reach out and find ways to have them feature you and the work you do.

Taking social media to the next level

I have made it a mission to grow my business by being way more present on social media this year. Why? Because I have a message to share and I want to make sure that my audience gets it. I know that all I need to do is talk more in order to build authority and trust with my ideal audience, so, I'm doing just that. 

I'm committed to doing MORE video, more posts, more sharing so that my ideal audience can see the value I deliver. LinkedIn is suddenly picking back up, so I'm deliberately being more active in this platform (you can add me right here). I have also started building my YouTube channel. All of these tools and resources allow me to reach a larger audience and bring more people into my business.

but wait, this is important

It's important to understand that it's not really just about randomly posting on social media or going to live events. You want to make sure that every element of the Brand Strategy Pyramid are in place if you want to leverage these opportunities and get in front of a larger audience. Your success in implementing any or all of these strategies will only come if you are ready for them.

I also think it's important to understand that you don't have to grow for the sake of growing. You need the right structure and system in place that can support the growth of your business moving ahead.
